- Arrival from 3.30 pm
- Rooms are held until 6 pm on the day of arrival. If you will arrive later, the reservation must be guaranteed.
- Please guarantee your reservation with a valid credit card.
- Departure by 11.00 am
- The price list is valid until 31.12.2026
- Cancellation policy:
- For 1-2 rooms a cancellation until 2 days before arrival (local time 3 p.m.) is free of charge.
- For 3-4 rooms a cancellation until 1 week before arrival (local time 3 p.m.) is free of charge.
- For 5-9 rooms a cancellation until 2 weeks before arrival (local time 3 p.m.) is free of charge.
- Cancellations for group reservations the following reservation supplies:
- For 10 or more rooms a cancellation until 4 weeks before arrival (local time 3 p.m.) is free of charge.
- A Cancellation must be made always in writing. We would like to inform you that in case of a late cancellation or a non arrival (No Show) we will charge 80% cancellation fees/downtime costs.
- We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
